Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material to be removed and the location (URL) to help us find it.
Your contact information – name, address, email, and phone number.
A good faith statement that the material is being used without permission.
A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your content was removed in error, you can file a counter-notification with the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
A description of the removed material and its original URL.
A good faith statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright seriously. Repeat infringers will be banned under our internal policies, as required by the DMCA.
